Brunsfield Oxford Asean Human Rights Scholarships for Study in University of Oxford, United Kingdom

If you would like to study in University of Oxford, United Kingdom and pursue Part Time Master Program in any Subject you can avail Brunsfield Oxford Asean Human Rights Scholarships which is being offered by Brunsfield Foundation.
This is a Master Program Merit Based Scholarship and students are eligible from Asean Countries Student (Brunei, Darussalam, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam). to apply for the same. Only 5 such awards are being offered and the deadline for application is 23-Jan-15.
This Scholarship will Offer you:-
  • The Scholarships cover tuition and college fees in full plus accommodation during the two compulsory summer residences and a generous maintenance grant of approximately £3200 per annum. The maintenance grant is intended to assist with travel, insurance and living costs associated with the compulsory summer residences.
  • The Scholarships are offered for the full period that you are liable to pay tuition fees to the University. For the Master’s in International Human Rights Law, this is 2 Years.

Eligibility: Candidates should be applying to start the Master’s in International Human Rights Law in September 2015 and must meet the selection criteria for the course (please see the Admissions pages) as well as the criteria for the Scholarship:
  • Candidates must be nationals of, and ordinarily resident in, one of the countries listed in Section 8 of these notes, and should intend to return to that country upon completion of their studies.
  • Candidates must show exceptional academic merit and/or potential. Indicators of exceptional academic merit would be a high first-class honours degree or its equivalent (a GPA score of at least 3.7 if the mark is out of 4) or an outstanding academic record at Master’s level (noting that an outstanding Master’s degree can compensate for a more moderate first degree performance). Other indicators of high academic achievement may include individual marks on student transcripts; evidence of previous university prizes or awards; information on your overall position within your cohort; and publications (if applicable).
Please note that the Scholarship is not open to students who are already on course or to students with deferred entry from a previous year.
