Monash University offers Vice-Chancellor’s Ensemble Leadership Scholarship for honours degree or postgraduate level, Australia 2013 
About Scholarship: Scholarships will be offered to high achieving international students from outside of Australia in 2013, supporting them to study at one of the most prestigious higher education institutions in the world.

Duration: for a maximum of one year only
Cover: $6000 
Eligibility:
-Australian or New Zealand citizen, holder of an Australian permanent resident visa or permanent humanitarian visa or an International student
-Commencing music performance student in an honours degree or postgraduate (coursework) degree in the School of Music at a Monash campus in Australia
-Continuing music performance student in an undergraduate or postgraduate (coursework) degree in the School of Music at a Monash campus in Australia
-Participating in an ensemble (Composition students are not eligible) 
Selection Criteria:
–Based on a combination of academic achievement and previous musical performance as determined by the School of Music
-Performance at an interview/audition
-Current students must have achieved a minimum of a distinction average (70%) in their principle music study 
Scholarship Open for International Students: Yes 
Deadline: Cannot be deferred. Eligible students will be invited to an audition/interview by the School of Music and will be automatically assessed for this scholarship
