Internship Brussels, Belgium EFET

Job Description
Main responsibilities:

- Assisting the Secretary to the Market Supervision Committee in relation to energy market integrity and transparency legislation, financial markets regulation and implementation of energy transaction reporting
- Membership database and website management, including regular updates of EFET web pages Helping compile and edit quarterly newsletters
- Event support and preparing related
- Power Point presentations for Board members Brussels office administrative duties

Required profile:

- First or post-graduate degree in economics, business and finance, mathematics, law or engineering
- Excellence of written and spoken English and capability in at least one other major European language.
- Knowledge of and interest in energy sector, preferably involving relevant professional experience; alternatively the equivalent in relation to the finance sector
- Knowledge of the EU, its Institutions, its energy policy, its economic and monetary policy and its environmental policy
- The confidence and communications skills to deal with EFET membership, press and EU officials
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, hard-working team-player with “hands-on” approach and good organizational skills
- An ability to manage and prioritise own workload and deliver results

Remuneration
and Application
A monthly allowance will be paid, sufficient to cover accommodation and basic living costs in Brussels.
