he Estonian Ministry of Foreign Affairs offers master scholarships to
students of Ukraine, Georgia, Moldova, Belarus, Armenia, Azerbaijan and
Afghanistan. The scholarship will cover the tuition fee of two years

Study: Scholarships are provided in the field of Applied Measurement Science, Baltic Sea Region Studies, European Union – Russia Studies, Financial Mathematics, Philosophy, Quantitative Economics, Semiotics, Wellness and Spa Service Design and Management (studies in Pärnu), Software Engineering and Sound Engineering Arts (studies in Viljandi and Tallinn) Course Level: The scholarships are for pursuing Masters degree level. Scholarship Provider: The Estonian Ministry of Foreign Affairs Scholarship can be taken at: Estonia Accreditation: University of Tartu is an accredited university. University of Tartu is accredited by the Association of CBUR, EUA, Coimbra Group, Utrecht Network, Atomium Culture.
Eligibility:

-the candidates must meet all admission requirements.
-candidates with good academic performance and properly prepared admission package will be considered. The students who have not graduated by the admission deadline are still eligible, provided that the rest of the admission documents are properly prepared.
