Position of Multilingual Customer Service Representative

InterConnexia is growing.
So, to compliment our enthusiastic and talented team in Lisbon, Portugal, we’re on the search for stellar candidates to join us.

THE COMPANY
InterConnexia is a global company with locations in New York, London, Lisbon and Sydney.
We provide world-class customer service and support to our high-fashion and luxury goods clients in the e-commerce industry.

THE ROLE
This is what you will be responsible for on a daily basis:
- Handling unique, complex and diverse customer-related enquiries via telephone and e-mail
. - Consistently delivering tailored, superior customer service to all customers.
- Communicating escalated customer-related queries or issues to management.
- Maintaining accurate customer contacts and records within our internal CRM system.

REQUIREMENTS 
- You must be fluent (reading, writing, speaking) in English (business/professional). Plus, you must be fluent in French and Italian. German or Spanish are definitely a bonus.
- You must be capable of working efficiently and independently while participating as a member of a motivated and energised team.
- You must be able to perform under pressure, multi-task, organise and prioritise.
- You must be reliable to fulfill schedule shifts and be flexible to help with overtime and/or any occasional weekend shifts (when necessary)
- We must stress that language qualifications are essential for the position.

LOCATION
Lisbon, Portugal.
Located on the one of Lisbon’s main streets, Avenida da Liberdade, our office is in a newly-refurbished and modern building.
The office is easily accessible by bus or near metro stations Restauradores, Avenida or Rossio. There’s also an abundance of cafes, restaurants, shops and we’re near the popular areas of Chiado and Bairro Alto.
