Journal Europa is looking for a web editor in Nantes from October 2012 to June 2013
The host:
Journal Europa aims at showing this Europe, far from massmedia's
stereotypes and Brussels institutions, made by youth and citizens.
Created in Nantes, west of France, 8 years ago, and working with a
network of more than 300 young journalists from all over Europe, it
deals with different topics such as politics, society, culture, media,
environment, etc. A website, with translated articles, spread the
alternative informations of our young correspondants, and a printed
magazine of 32 pages is delivered in 6 cities of the western France.
The applicant:
- has the nationality of one of the EU or Economic European Area member-states;
- has under 26 on October 1st;
- is fluent in french and english (+ other languages are welcome!);
- is experienced in European journalism;
- has good knowledges of social networks;
- is interested in culture, citizenship and European media;
- is fluent in writing and web editing.
Details: 9 months mission from October 1st 2012 to June 30th 2013. Based in Nantes (France) 24h/week job, paid 640€/month.
