Policy Intern BirdLife International

The selected trainee will work in the policy team, giving support to work on a range of issues, including: implementation of the EU biodiversity strategy and nature legislation, conservation objectives development, reform of the EU budget and of the Common Agriculture Policy and Common Fisheries Policy, renewable energy.
The intern’s responsibilities will include: setting up meetings, taking minutes and preparing background briefings, basic research of scientific and political information, personal contact with the EU-wide network of BirdLife partner organisations.
