The project executive intern will be involved in the implementation
of EU funded projects. The primary responsibility is to assist the
project manager and project director for daily management of the
projects, ensuring deliverables are on time, within budget and at the
required level of quality.

Key tasks and responsibilities
- Assist in the implementation projects according to approved project roadmaps
- Manage project content and administration
- Monitor the progress of projects including the execution of the work of stakeholders
- Present oral and written status reports to management
- Ensure project administrative records and information are documented and secured
- Maintain contact lists and project tools including basecamp, Go-To-Meeting, etc…
- Use social media tools to promote projects’ work and monitor online activities from other partners.
- Ability to work cooperatively with multiple stakeholders from across Europe
- Ability to work independently, identify project tasks and implement them
- Possess project management expertise in technology / ICT domains
- Ability to positively influence others to achieve results in line with project plans
- Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills – English native speaker level
- Fun and outgoing
- Some experience in project management
- Recent graduate
- Ability to focus on details and delve into administrative tasks
- Can hit the road running
- Team player
- Outstanding writing skills – use of ‘Plain English’
- Strong aptitude with Microsoft office suite
