Paid internship FIA - Federation Internationale de l'Automobile

The FIA (Fédération Internationale de l’Automobile) Region I office in Brussels, representing 108 Automobile Clubs in Europe, the Middle East and Africa, is currently seeking a dynamic, enthusiastic intern to support our policy and communications work.
 Description
This full-time, paid internship is open to students only. The duration is variable and depends primarily on your school's internship prgrogramme.  We are looking for a candidate to start late January 2014

Tasks
1) Participate in the lobbying activities  
 

• Attend meetings organised by EU institutions and stakeholders
• Monitor policy developments
• Mapping of stakeholders
• Research
• Draft position papers
• Draft reports on meetings attended
• Support administrative tasks    

2) Participate in the internal communication activities    

• Publish articles of interest for Clubs on the website
• Draft working documents to prepare meetings    

3) Support event logistics and preparation

Profile

• Strong communication skills especially in (both written and spoken) English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite Office.
• Organised, with an ability to prioritise time-sensitive assignments.
• Creative and Flexible.
