1. Brussels Development Briefings

Support to planning, designing and organising 5 to 6 high-level Brussels Development Briefings on key topics related to agriculture and rural development in ACP countries.
This involves research on the subject for the Reader (40 pages document summarising the key issues involved, giving resources, links, glossary...)
Identification of potential speakers at the Briefings, assisting in drafting the guidelines for their presentation.
Assisting in drafting the report of the event.
Promoting the documents related to the Briefing.

2. Regional and national Briefings
Support to planning, designing and organising 3 regional briefings on key topics related to agriculture and rural development in ACP countries. This involves research on the subject, linking with speakers and participants and with the administrative assistant for the logistical part.
Assisting in drafting the report.
Promoting the documents related to the Briefing.

3. Support to other high-level events
Support to the organisation of the high-level panel at the European Development Days, especially though the communication part, promotion and drafting the report. http://eudevdays.eu/
4. Support to the websites
Brussels ACP-EU news

Support in the following areas:
- Research of news and events in EU related media of interest to ACP agriculture and rural development and to ACP-EU relations
- Finding information related to the news for further reading
- Promoting the material

- Research and writing of introductory texts for the website
- Monitoring the quality of the online material
