The Saab EU Affairs & NATO office in Brussels primary role is to
work with early alert and actions on civil, military and aeronautics
trends, new legislation, policies, budget, research and funding in order
for Saab to reach its overall business targets and to contribute to new
business opportunities.
We are now looking for a trainee to work in the Saab EU Affairs & NATO office in Brussels for six months, full time. Possibility for a further extension of contract exists.
You should be fluent/mother tongue in English and one additional EU language. French or Swedish is a benefit.
We assume you have social skills and abilities to interact with people.
You will report to the Head of Saab EU Affairs & NATO office in Brussels.

Your role
Your role will be split in two. Approximately 70% of your time you will support the office with research, attending events and meetings, following the work of EP committees, proof-reading, drafting position papers etc and approximately 30% of your time you will deal with administrative issues such as preparing meetings, invoices, office supplies etc.Your qualifications
You should have a relevant university degree (social sciences, law, economics, engineering or business administration) or a military background. Having completed a stage at the European Commission or at any other of the EU Institutions is a benefit.You should be fluent/mother tongue in English and one additional EU language.
