Internship in Privacy and Cybersecurity Law Hunton & Williams

The Brussels office of global law firm Hunton & Williams is offering a six-month salaried internship in its global privacy and cybersecurity practice.

Your Role

You will assist our attorneys in the course of their professional activities, in particular with regard to the management of large multi-jurisdictional projects and monitoring of recent legal developments related to EU privacy, data protection and cybersecurity law. You will be a fully integrated member of the Brussels team and work with high-profile international clients as well as our colleagues in New York, London and Beijing on a daily basis.
Starting date: as soon as possible
Location: Brussels

We are looking for candidates who:

  • Hold a law degree have excellent academic results;
  • Have a proven, strong interest and/or professional experience in data protection and privacy law;
  • Have an excellent command of written and spoken English, Dutch/or French;
  • Are highly motivated and want to work in an international environment.

Additional assets:

  • LL.M. degree in an English speaking country, preferably in the area of data protection and privacy;
  • German is considered an asset.
