This is a Phd Program Merit Based Scholarship and students are eligible from International Students (Greek) to apply for the same. Only Few such award is being offered and the deadline for application is 29-May-15.
This Scholarship will offer you maximum award that will be made to a Scholar who has no other sources of finance will be as follows:
- University Composition Fee at home/EU rate.
- College Fee.
- Full Maintenance Grant for the scholarship will be tenable from the start of the next academic year (1 October 2015).

|Eligibility:||Candidates must have graduated at a University before 1 October 2015. Consideration will normally be restricted to those who have a record of academic excellence consistent with the proposed field of study and who can demonstrate the potential to make a significant contribution to the broader life of Magdalene College. While consideration will normally be restricted to those who have obtained, or who have a strong prospect of obtaining, a first-class Honours degree (or its European equivalent), evidence of potential intellectual development will be taken into account.|

ALL applicants must complete a College Application Form available from here or by request from the Graduate Tutor’s Assistant in College. Preference may be given to those nominating Magdalene as their first-choice College. Applications and supporting references, should be returned in electronic form (pdf) or in hard copy (six copies) to the Graduate Tutor’s Assistant by 29 May 2015. Incomplete or late applications will not be accepted. The outcome of the competition should be known by 31 July 2015.
