Responsibilities and profile:
The tasks to be performed during the internship include:
- Assist the project managers in the implementation of evaluation contracts:
- Contribute to the maintaining of the expert database
- Manage travel and logistic arrangements for international experts (including in developing countries)
- Support in the organization of meetings
- Support in the preparation of reports and invoices
- Support in the managing of budget and related tasks
- Support in the drafting of evaluation offers:
- Assisting the team in the preparation of offers, ie compilation of data, administrative documents, layout
- Assisting the team in the identification and recruiting of experts
- Edit and language check of the proposals
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work under supervision
- Ability to work under pressure and towards multiple deadlines
- Team orientation
- Excellent English (nearly mother tongue equivalent)
- French: strong asset
- Full, high-level mastering of MS Office and web-based searches on Windows platforms
- A previous and comparable experience would be a distinct advantage
- Theoretical background in the evaluation field would constitute an asset
Duration: 6 months
