Costs: All cost is covered by the YinA and 70% of travel cost and 100% visa cost will be reimbursed by organizers.
The training course Leaders Online is organized by the non-profit, non-governmental organization NO LABEL PROJECT. It will be held from 31 October to 8 November in Otradovice (nearby Prague), Czech Republic.
The main aims of the course are:
- increasing facilitation and training skills of youth leaders,
- improving the level of technical skills of youth leaders and provide them with basic methodology needed for designing and runnig e-learning platforms.
The training has three integrated learning phases:
- Preparation for the course through distance e-learning,
- Eight day long residential training course taking place in Czech Republic;
- Follow-up to the course through distance e-learning.
Eligibility
This Training course is for 25 participants from Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Lithuania, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, United Kingdom, Albania, Armenia, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Georgia, Macedonia, Former Yugoslav Republic of, Moldova, Turkey, Serbia, Kosovo and is recommended for Youth leaders.
The target group of the training are youth workers and youth leaders that:
- are dedicated to working with young people in their everyday reality;
- already have some previous experience being leaders in youth exchanges,
- haven’t gone through any of the official trainings on that topic so far,
- are interested in developing their facilitation skills in a training course that will use non-formal education methodologies;
- have a desire to apply their facilitation skills in future youth exchange projects, as well as other projects under the umbrella of the Youth in Action Programme;
- are supported by their respective organisations in applying their facilitation skills in the future projects;
- are ready and able to attend for the full duration of the course;
- are able to express themselves in English.
Costs
All cost is covered by the YinA. Participants are responsible for arranging their travels and visas. 70% of travel cost and 100% visa cost will be reimbursed by organizers.
