 Pulse, the leading magazine and website for GPs, has a six-month vacancy for a full-time, paid internship working on our website, PulseToday.co.uk. The role will involve news reporting combined with an online content management role - preparing email newsletters, writing news and shooting video for the site, and uploading articles.

We’re looking for an intelligent and enthusiastic individual who wants a break in journalism and has a particular interest in online publishing. You will have journalism training or experience, good written and IT skills and experience of working on websites. Ideally, this will include understanding of content management systems, knowledge of Dreamweaver or HTML, and experience of shooting or editing digital video.

Knowledge of the health service or a scientific background would also be an advantage, although is not essential.
