MEC are one of the UK’s fastest growing media agencies. Our service offering is expansive including brand and consumer insight and ROI, communications planning, media planning and buying, interaction (digital, direct, search), social media practice, sport, entertainment and cause partnerships. We like to think of ourselves as straight-talking, transparent and committed to partnership in our client and our people relationships. We recognize that our people are our greatest asset and play a hugely significant role in helping us deliver to our clients the best of both worlds – the client servicing ethos of a small agency and the negotiating might of the very biggest. Our approach has resonated with clients and the industry alike and we are very proud to be the most awarded UK media agency in the last two years.
At MEC, the People and Culture (HR) team are central to the business and work on key people plans that make MEC a great place to work, as well as delivering effective HR support.
We have an exciting apprenticeship opportunity within the People and Culture team to help the team with HR administrative support and work on projects. This will be a 12 month FTC and the opportunity to gain invaluable experience in Human Resources.

Don’t have much experience? Don’t worry.
As an apprentice, we will help you to thrive both personally and professionally. The 12 month programme will provide you with all the learning you need. We’re working in partnership with Creative Pioneers Apprenticeships every step of the way and for the duration of the 12 month apprenticeship, you’ll study for a City and Guilds Level 3 and 4 Diploma so that as well as gaining amazing hands on experience for your CV, you will also have an additional qualification by the end of the programme.
