Description

NFS is a niche consulting firm providing evaluation and consulting services to both the European Commission and private sector organisations. Some of their recent consulting work for EU institutions has been acclaimed as best practice. Due to continuous growth they are looking for a Junior International Consultant.
It is an opportunity for a research analyst/ junior consultant in Brussels with a young, dynamic and fast growing consultancy company providing high quality evaluation and advisory services to international organizations, in particular to the European Commission, ILO-IPEC, NATO, UNDP and UNIFEM, as well as NGOs and other organisations.
The successful candidate will execute tasks regarding the different projects being carried out at New Frontier Services. S/he will work under the supervision of one of the directors, or senior consultants, and in close collaboration with other members of the NFS team.

Eligibility

For the position may apply candidates with:
  • University degree, preferably with studies oriented towards auditing/investigation, engineering, environment, social science, economics, law, and/or political science,
  • Minimum 2 years of proven fulltime working in data processing and analysis,
  • Excellent knowledge of the standard Office and IT tools,
  • Professional experience in international environmental and social impact investigation and/or relations with energy organisations will be considered as important assets,
  • Excellent English written and spoken skills and good command of French. Knowledge of other EU languages would be viewed as an advantage.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
