Trainee - Office & Communications Manager

For the development of our European and international projects on sustainability renewable energy and innovation, we are looking for a trainee that will be involved in administration, and will also be responsible for communications. Your tasks will include:
Updating our project websites;
Contacting freelancers and ensuring tasks are done in a timely manner;
Creating monthly newsletters;
Proofreading project reports;
Basic administration;
Organisation of International Workshops
Support project management
Booking travel and hotels;
MINIMUM general qualifications
University Degree : preferably MA Journalism/other media or communications related subject, policy studies also welcome
Native English or equivalent
Self-motivated professional, must be able to work independently
Good organisational and interpersonal skills
Relevant IT knowledge (Microsoft Office suite)- knowledge of CMS systems preferable
European Nationality or working permit in Benelux
Experience in communications (previous internships included)
Living in Brussels area
Some administrative experience
Knowledge of Dutch and/or French, German
Remuneration and Conditions
To be discussed during the interview; comparable to trainee benefits in Brussels
Office in Central Brussesl (Trone Area)
