Administrative & Communications Traineeship

Function: Administrative and Customer Assistant.
European Leader since 15 years in managed IT-services, Risc Belgium | Skydoo knows how to guide small and medium-sized companies through their IT and office equipment organization.
Job Responsibilities:
Contracts' registration and follow-up;
 Handle incoming/outgoing calls, visits and correspondence FR and NL;
Customer care: contact the customers for follow-up and respond to enquiries;
Assist preparing HR documents, meetings, presentations, agendas and invitations;
Help with the organization of the company events (logistics and follow-up);
Social Media Management: Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn.
Desired Skills:
Bachelor's degree or Vocational Studies in Administration and Office Support;
You are familiar with Excel, Power Point and Image Edition Software;
You speak French and Dutch (knowledge of German is an advantage).
