Description
Europe is at another crossroads. Institutional and economic crises have led to increased insecurity, protests and revolts. The very nature of democracy is challenged by increasing public distrust. More than ever there is a need for innovative and creative local and global solutions.The 17th Summer University in Kőszeg, Hungary, June 24–July 6, 2012 provides a forum for discussion of emerging realities and potential alternatives in a global, European and regional context.

ECTS: Following all classes and holding a presentation participants will receive a certificate of participation and ISES values this course certificate with 5 credits according to the European Credit Transfer System which are transferable to all universities.
