Yamada Foundation Scholarship for Non-Japanese Students at Saitama University in Japan, 2018

The Saitama University is inviting applications for Yamada Foundation Scholarship for Privately Financed Students in Japan. Non-Japanese students are eligible to apply for this scholarship program.
The aim of the scholarship is to privately finance international students to study in Japan.
Saitama is known for its well-developed industries and cultures, well -balanced urban and natural environment and convenience. At SU, all academic departments and graduate schools are located on a single campus. The geographical proximity naturally exposes students to multiple fields of academics and enables them to form diverse human networks.
Course Level: Scholarship is available to pursue Undergraduate / Master’s / Doctoral programs.
Study Subject: Scholarship is awarded in any of the subjects offered.
Scholarship Award:  Scholarship of 120,000 JPY will be awarded to the applicants.

Scholarship can be taken in Japan
Eligibility: The following criteria must be met in order for applicants to be eligible for the scholarship:
Eligibility (as of April 2018): Undergraduate / Master’s / Doctoral Students (under 35)
Designated Nationality: none (Non-Japanese must have “Student” Visa Status in Japan)
Nationality: Non-Japanese students are eligible to apply for this scholarship program.
College Admission Requirement
Entrance Requirements: Students must be under 35 years of age at the time of application.
English Language Requirements: Applicants whose first language is not English are usually required to provide evidence of proficiency in English at the higher level required by the University.
