Description

The Political Science students are currently from 39 different countries, with most students from Estonia, Georgia, US, Germany, UK, Ukraine, and Russia. The University of Tartu combines interactive learning with guest speakers, regular fieldtrips, and opportunities to study abroad. The teaching at the University is based on the staff’s research and cooperation projects, most notable of which are in the fields of EU-Russia relations, contemporary issues of democracy (including e-governance), and applied social sciences.
MA programmes in Political and interdisciplinary Social Sciences:
Democracy and Governance;
European Union – Russian Studies;
International Relations and Regional Studies.
All programmes combine comprehensive academic knowledge with training in core competences, preparing you for a career in the public as well as private sector or academia.

The Political Science students are currently from 39 different countries, with most students from Estonia, Georgia, US, Germany, UK, Ukraine, and Russia.
Graduates from any country can apply.
