Will provide all documents requested by the Student Office as required for registration as a student of NHTV (f.e. copy residence permit) in time;
Has not been awarded another scholarship that already covers all expenses;
Will only be awarded a scholarship of € 1.500 for the consecutive academic years when he/she has obtained a minimum of 48 ECTS during the preceding academic year;
Will only be awarded the scholarship for a period not exceeding the maximum length of the regular study programme, e.g. when a student is starting in the second year, the student will receive scholarship for a maximum of three years;
Will observe all regulations and values of NHTV as laid down in – amongst others – Code of Conduct, Student Statute, Examination Regulations (OER) and study handbook.

The Associated Press offers its Global News Internship Program – a 12-week paid, individually tailored training program for students who are aspiring cross-format journalists.
Internships are offered in eight U.S. cities – Chicago, Philadelphia, Los Angeles, Phoenix, Miami, Sacramento, New York and Washington - and various international locations, including Bangkok, London, Mexico City, Greece, Moscow, Jordan, New Delhi and Tokyo.
Interns will contribute to AP’s text, video, photo and interactive reporting. Responsibilities include covering breaking news and completing a final enterprise project working across multiple formats that may be featured in many media outlets around the world.
Eligibility
The internship is open to U.S. and international students as well as recent graduates. Applicants must be:

Postgraduate Master/MBA:
-All applicants to scholarships at this level need to be bachelor graduates, preference will be given to candidates with background in Business Administration, Marketing, Media & Communication and Fashion Design related fields.
-At least 3 years of relevant working experience.
-Non-native English speakers need to provide an IELTS score of 7.0 or above, or a TOEFL score of 96 or above
Nationality: All scholarships are open to both domestic and international students.
Entrance Requirement: All applicants to IFA scholarships at this level need to be high school graduates over 18 years of age.
English Language Requirement: When applying to IFA school in Paris. Non-native English speaking students are required to provide an IELTS score. An overall score of 5.5 is preferred for undergraduate courses and 6.5 is preferred for postgraduate courses. In Shanghai, students whose English proficiency is below par are required to attend additional language classes.

ART Internship

Terms of Reference for Internship
The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) Representation Office in Brussels, Belgium has a position for a qualified intern for a period of maximum six months, starting January 18, 2016.

Launched in 2005 and currently active in more than 20 countries, the UNDP ART Global Initiative (Articulation of Territorial Networks for Sustainable Human Development) is an entry point for all international cooperation actors interested in harmonizing their respective actions in support of national policies for sustainable and local human development. To this end, this UNDP-championed global initiative promotes a programmatic, operational and administrative framework for coordination and institution building. ART's objective is to enhance the capacities of national and local institutions and actors working in a complementary way at the local level, thereby achieving the Sustainable Development Goals and attaining inclusive, resilient and sustainable development.
ART offers an operational, administrative, and programming framework that facilitates the coordination and strengthened linkages (articulation) between different cooperation stakeholders in support of the countries' human development processes. Such platforms, the ART Framework Programmes, seek to achieve local programme ownership, coherent local and national actions and the collaboration between partners.
ART's programming framework offers a platform to COs and local stakeholders for i) defining common goals between decentralized cooperation partners and local stakeholders towards the achievement of the SDGs; ii) linking local level development initiatives with national policies and national development plans; and iii) promoting development innovations, capacity development, best practices and knowledge sharing through horizontal partnerships: south-south, south-north, north-south.

Duties and Responsibilities
Under the overall supervision of the ART Initiative Management and team, the intern shall perform the following tasks:
Assist in cataloguing information of ART Framework Country Programmes and the ART Global Coordination;
Draft documents and participate in the elaboration of the ART Initiative and Framework Programmes’ internal briefing notes;
Provide support in gathering and disseminating relevant documentation for ART Framework Country Programmes and partners (translation, proof-reading, editing);
Assist in the ART Initiative and events’ related communication, updating relevant information on the internal tools of communication, as well as websites and other corporate tools of external communication (website, social media;
Assist in the organization of relevant events, and bilateral and multilateral meets with development partners.
Draft related letters, correspondence and other documents;
Assist in updating the list of partners and networks collaborating with the initiative;
Participate regularly in debriefings, staff meetings and others.
For all the above, the intern should make sure that all activities and relevant communication adhere to UNDP’s corporative quality standards and comply with the quality assurance processes.

Interns’ Expenses/Arrangements:
Please note that interns are not financially remunerated by UNDP. All costs connected with an intern’s participation in the programme must be borne by the student, who will have to obtain financing for subsistence and make his/her own arrangements for travel (including to and from the office), visas, accommodation, etc.
Subsequent Employment:
The purpose of the Internship Programme is not to lead to further employment with UNDP but to complement an intern’s studies. Therefore, there should be no expectation of employment at the end of an internship.
