Marketing & Communication Intern

Hinicio is looking for a Marketing and Communications Master Student Intern

Job Description:

The student intern will take an active support role in marketing and communication activities for the Company and ongoing European projects, including:

Updating and upgrading the CRM database

Website management (updating, referencing, etc.).

Supporting the development and promotion of new services.

Supporting communication activities for a European funded project, including preparation of presentations and online consultations.

Assisting the business development team (public tenders monitoring, preparation of background information, references for tenders, etc.)

Desk research and information gathering on market, technology, industry and policy trends.

Supporting the organisation of ad hoc events (conferences, workshops, etc.).

Supporting social media activities.

Profile:

Master student with a degree in marketing (B2B) and/or communications from a leading business school/university

A team player, creative, open networker, autonomous, self-confident and solution-driven personality.

Perfect command of English and French with solid written and oral communication skills.

A previous experience in relevant B2B marketing activities in the service or renewable energy industry is much valued.

Desired skills and expertise:

Experience with database and contact management software desired.

Experience with website content management desirable.

Experience with European funded project is a plus.

Knowledge and interest in writing, social media and web communications.

Knowledge and a keen interest on renewable energies, sustainable mobility and innovation is highly appreciated.

As per Belgian legislation, a standard monthly reimbursement of expenses is planned. A tripartite agreement ("Convention de Stage") will be signed between the intern and his/her university or business school. Prospective interns must fulfil this requirement to apply.
