Administrative Traineeship

European Leader since 15 years in managed IT-services, Risc Belgium | Skydoo knows how to guide small and medium-sized companies through their IT and office equipment organization.
As our new trainee you will support our Commercial & Administrative Departments with secretarial support and follow-up on contracts and with our customers in Belgium. 
Job Responsibilities:
Contracts' registration and follow-up.
Handle incoming/outgoing calls, visits and correspondence FR and NL.
Customer care: contact the customers for follow-up and respond to enquiries.
Assist preparing HR documents, meetings, presentations, agendas and invitations.
Help with the organization of the company events (logistics and follow-up).
Social Media Management: Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn.
Desired Skills:
Bachelor's degree or Vocational Studies in Administration and Office Support.
You are familiar with Excel, Power Point and Image Edition Software.
You are fluent in Dutch and have basic knowledge of French and English (knowledge of German is a great advantage).
