The “International Internship” program is offered to highly qualified
students in the fields of engineering, natural science and computer
science to work on current research and development issues within
well-known German companies. The program is organized and managed by the
Furtwangen University. Program offers about five months internship in a
company in southwest Germany, which is paid, a two week intensive
German language course, cultural program and a chance to boost your CV,
by gaining international work experience.

Eligibility: – sufficient and appropriately qualified professionals and skilled workers
- advanced engineering student and looking for an internship abroad
-students from the following subjects:Computer and Electrical Engineering, Mechanical and Process Engineering, Microsystems and mechatronics, Physics, Industrial Design, Product-Engineering, Software-Engineering and Informatics
- Highly motivated students
-Over average marks
-Students who have completed 4 or more semesters of their studies
-Students who will be enrolled at their university until the end of the internship

Internship Description: The program starts with an introductory German language course and an orientation program accompanied by some presentations with industry and academic speakers as well as a final tour through the cluster region. The program’s aim is to bring together high-tech companies and their potential future employees from all over the world. The program is organized and managed by the Furtwangen University. Thus participating students are able to gain credits towards their degree back home. Participating students will get a financial support from the companies which cover the living costs within Germany including accommodation. Companies participating in this program are Bosch, Continental Automotive GmbH, FESTO AG & Co. KG., Endress+Hauser, Aesculap, embex GmbH and others.
