2013-2014 Postgraduate Scholarships for International Students in UK

Canterbury Christ Church University is offering postgraduate scholarships for international (non EU/EEA) students for academic year 2013/14. Students must hold an offer of admission for 1 year postgraduate taught programme. The scholarships will be awarded as a reduction in tuition fees when the successful candidates register on the relevant programme at CCCU.  
About Scholarship: Canterbury Christ Church University (CCCU) will offer a number of £3000 merit scholarships to students from outside the EU, holding an offer of admission for postgraduate programmes. The scholarships will be awarded as a reduction on tuition fees when the successful candidates register on the relevant programme at CCCU. The Scholarship is paid for the duration of 1 year only. 
Study: Scholarships are provided for any of the courses offered by Canterbury Christ Church University at postgraduate degree level.

Eligibility: -Be assessed as an overseas fee-payer and not be eligible to pay home fees
-Plan to fund your studies yourself or with family support, but don’t receive any other kind of scholarship awarded by CCCU or other external organization,
- Hold an unconditional offer for one of the eligible courses,
OR
-Hold a conditional offer for one of the eligible courses listed above and provides evidence of meeting any conditions before the scholarship deadline date of 15/07/2013,
-Take up your place of an offer for academic year 2013/14.
Scholarship Open for: International (non EU/EEA) students can apply for these scholarships.
Number of awards: A number of merit scholarships are offered.
Duration: one year
Value: The scholarships will be awarded £3000 as a reduction in tuition fees when the successful candidates register on the relevant programme at CCCU.
Selection Criteria: The scholarships will be awarded on academic merit.
Notification: Successful candidates will be informed of the outcome of their application shortly after this date.
