Internship Recruiting & Administration

Learnship Networks is looking for Interns to join our international Recruitment & Administration team at our subsidiary in Berlin, Germany, starting as soon as possible.
Learnship is a global language learning provider headquartered in Cologne, Germany. We are the first European-wide internet language school specializing in live online instruction, connecting students and teachers from all over the world by video-conference in an interactive online classroom, www.Learnship.com. Our teachers are located across the world and are able to teach from the convenience of their homes. The selected candidates must be willing to begin the internship in March 2013 or earlier and commit to a minimum of 6 months with a possible extension.

Our ideal candidate:
- Native or native-fluent English speaker with fluency (B1+ or higher) in German and / or French
- Fluency in other European and/or Asian languages a plus
- Has a background in Human Resources or Recruiting, ideally a degree in Business, Human Resources, Sales, or Marketing
- Familiarity with German employment regulations a plus
- Exudes professionalism and competence
- High-level of comfort with technology
- Energetic, highly-motivated and flexible
- A self-starter who is also comfortable with taking direction from management
- Friendly, outgoing personality
- Able and willing to commit 6-12 months to the position

Responsibilities:
- Advertise and promote positions with Learnship
- Recruit teachers to meet demands and corporate goals
- Wage negotiations
- Assisting Invoicing Department with teacher invoices
- Being involved in the administrative process of Teacher Induction Trainings
- Creating teacher training material, including training presentations, manuals and online support desk
- Keeping training levels up-to-date
- Day-to-day teacher support
- Maintaining teacher records in an orderly fashion to maintain accordance with ISO standards

This position will be based in Berlin, Germany, therefore, residency in or near the area is required. Candidates must have the legal right to work and live in Germany/EU. We cannot sponsor candidates for a work/residency permit.
