Internship Dods EU Monitoring

Dods Monitoring is the leading provider of fast and accurate information about developments in the EU. We provide tailored political intelligence and analysis to the public affairs community, blending specialist expertise with cutting edge technology.
Dods is looking for an intern to support its monitoring team in Brussels working on German institutions. The role would suit a recent graduate in German political sciences. The internship is paid and will last five months starting from the 1st of April 2013.

Role will involve:

• Preparing and editing agendas;
• Supporting consultants in their daily monitoring tasks of the German institutions; 
• Conducting ad-hoc research for clients on German policies and politics.

Requirements:

• Academic background related to German politics, good knowledge of legislative procedures in Germany;
• Understanding of transport and energy policies at federal level in Germany would be an asset; 
• German mother tongue plus fluent English; 
• Flexible, reliable, good team player.
