The Frankfurter Zukunftsrat (future think tank) is a
non-profit association developing comprehensive and long-term concepts
in cooperation with its members from business, politics and academia.
Its youth initiative “My Europe” brings together students, political
figures, business leaders, academics and media representatives in a
unique series of workshops all over Europe. More information can be

The Frankfurter Zukunftsrat is seeking two interns to support its team in Frankfurt. The internship is paid and will last six months starting mid to late April 2013.
Tasks
The intern will assist the “My Europe” team in applying social media strategies and organizing workshops. This includes topical research and communication tasks around the initiative. S/he will have the opportunity to work in a multi-national team. Tasks and responsibilities include:

- Implementation and elaboration of “My Europe” social media strategy
- Organization of workshops
- Maintenance of “My Europe” network
- Website updates
- Preparation and dissemination of press releases and other relevant communications material
- Excellent command of English and good knowledge of German
- Experience in social media
- Experience in youth work
- University degree with relevant knowledge in European affairs or communications
- Pro-active attitude
- Ability to work in a team as well as autonomously
