2013-2014 King’s Alumni Bursary for Masters or Postgraduate Research Degree in UK

King’s College London is offering up to 100 King’s Alumni International Bursary awards to alumni of King’s College London. Students must be undertaking a full-time or part-time Postgraduate Taught (PGT) Masters programme or Postgraduate Research (PGR) degree programme at King’s College London for 2013/14 academic year. Students who have undertaken a degree/ diploma/ certificate/ exchange programme (for no less than one semester) at King’s College London, and any person who is currently a registered member of staff at King’s College London can apply. 
About Scholarship: The King’s College London Graduate School is pleased to announce that it will be offering up to 100 King’s College London Alumni Bursary (KAB) awards to alumni of King’s College London who intend to continue their studies by undertaking a full-time or part-time Postgraduate Taught (PGT) Masters programme or Postgraduate Research (PGR) degree programme at King’s College London commencing in the 2013/14 academic year.
The KAB is available to any student who has undertaken a degree/diploma/certificate/exchange programme (for no less than a semester) at the College, and any currently registered member of staff at King’s, who wishes to pursue a full-time or part-time postgraduate degree programme at King’s College London. 
Study: The bursary grant is provided to study in any of the courses offered by the King’s College London in UK
Course Level: Full-time or part-time Masters or postgraduate research degree programme

Location: UK 
Eligibility: -King’s alumni, which covers any student who has undertaken a degree/diploma/certificate/exchange programme (for no less than one semester) at King’s College London, and any person who is currently a registered member of staff at King’s College London.
Applicants Must: – Be due to commence a full-time or part-time Masters or postgraduate research degree programme at King’s College London within the 2013/14 academic year;
- At the point of application for the bursary, hold and have accepted an offer of admissions, whether conditional or unconditional, for a place on a postgraduate Masters programme or postgraduate research programme at King’s College London;
- Submit an online application to the Graduate School within the given competition time frame.
Scholarship Open for: International students can apply for this bursary (any student who has undertaken a degree/diploma/certificate/exchange programme (for no less than one semester) at King’s College London, and any person who is currently a registered member of staff at King’s College London). 
Number of awards: The King’s College London Graduate School is pleased to announce that it will be offering up to 100 King’s Alumni Bursary (KAB) awards to alumni of King’s College London. 
Duration: Awards are valid for the 2013/14 academic year in the first instance but subject to satisfactory progress, and where applicable, they are renewable for the length of the given degree at King’s College London. However, please note that: i) for postgraduate research students, the fund will not cover the writing-up period; and ii) most full-time postgraduate taught masters degree programmes will not normally run for more than one year. 
Value: Awards will offer partial funding to contribute towards tuition fees only. The value of the award will depend on a student’s fee status, level of study, and mode of study (i.e. full-time or part-time). Value of awards will range from £1000 to £2500 for full-time students and half those amounts for part-time students.
Selection Criteria: Awards will be offered on a first come first serve basis.
Notification: Only successful and reserve candidates will be contacted about the outcome.
