How to Apply?
An application for a research degree is a time-consuming process, both for you and the University. It’s important that you allow enough time to prepare your application and supporting materials, and to secure transcripts of your qualifications as well as the support of your referees.
You’ll need to consider application and registration deadlines for your degree, as well as your funding. You’ll also need to attend an interview, ideally face-to-face, but telephone or Skype are alternatives if you can’t travel to Canterbury.
If you’re applying to study for a research degree, the deadlines are as follows:
For 1 October registration: Applications must be received by 30 April.
For 1 January registration: Applications must be received by 30 September.
