Applicants must meet all of the following criteria to be
eligible to apply for this scholarship:-
Only applications from new / prospective students who have
applied formally to the UCL Development Planning Unit research degree by 29
February 2016 will be considered. There are no restrictions regarding the
nationality or domicile of the applicant.
