To apply for the above scholarship / award / grant you should submit the following documents and should possess the following:
Applications must be submitted electronically via the BSAC online Grants Submission System. The application must be made by an established investigator who will be the supervisor, and who has previously received three or fewer studentships. Applications may be for named or unnamed students.
Completed application comprising:-
Student, names of two supervisors and institution details
Detailed research proposal
Statement detailing the scientific techniques for which the student will receive training
Budget detailing annual costs (stipend, tuition fees, consumables)
Training record for each named supervisor
Accompanying documents (supervisor)
Letter of support from the Head of Department
Brief CV of the supervisor(s). Maximum 2x A4 sides
Accompanying documents (student)
Record of candidate’s academic performance
Full CV of the candidate and statement of career intentions
Two academic letters of reference.
Once all the information has been received by the British Society for Antimicrobial Chemotherapy and the assessment of the submitted documents is complete, you will be informed about your selection in the same.
