Junior Researcher (Middle East Team)

The Centre for Geopolitics & Security in Realism Studies (CGSRS) is a London-based NGO. We are looking for talented Junior Researchers to join our Middle East team.
Please note: at this stage, the position is unpaid.
CGSRS aims to promote international relations (IR) from a realist perspective. We would like to explain current and emerging global/regional conflicts with realist theories, giving our audience an alternate source to mainstream ideas.
In the near future we would like to open 2 offices; one in London and another in Budapest. Further, we are aiming to offer financial compensation to our contributors. Until then we are able to offer the following:
A chance to publish in electronic and/or print format
Participation in our events, networking with IR scholars and practitioners 
Organizing events, conferences, and panels. Innovative ideas will be backed by the organization
CGSRS is a new organization, so you have a chance to shape its future 
An opportunity to work with an international team
Qualifications
Graduate student or recent Masters’ degree recipient in International Relations or Political Science preferred, although any related academic area of study will also be considered
Demonstrable academic interest in the Middle East
Experience in conducting supervised or independent primary and secondary research
Excellent analytical and writing skills
Academic English and another foreign language, preferably Arabic. (French, Farsi, Urdu, Dari and Pashto are also useful for this position)
Enthusiasm and interest in academic research
