At the crossing areas of Japanese fast food and retail, the
company introduced in Europe a very innovative concept. French start-up created
in April 2010 knowing a strong rapid commercial success since August 2010, the
company is experiencing a rapid growth with 330 point of sales deployed in
France, Belgium, Spain, Italy, German, Holland, and an ongoing expansion in
other European countries. Ultra-dynamic environment and multicultural work, the
company is in constant transformation and pursues the steps of its vision.
The mission
Support the team responsible of the Belgian subsidiary of
KellyDeli in Brussels, for the following main tasks:
Administration
Administration of the company (creation of subsidiaries,
legal, administrative formalities ...)
Support at internal and external events
Updating databases
Management of the office / company headquarters (mail,
orders, etc.)
Accounting and financial activities (preparation of
accounting records at the end of the month, supporting ...)
Partnership
Participate in the search and recruitment site operators
partners
Supporting partners in the openings of the sites, logistical
and administrative level
Logistics
Supplier Relations: good approximation of delivery / invoice
Research of new suppliers
The profile
You feel comfortable in a small team
Versatility, interest and ability to handle several
different tasks in parallel.
Precision, reliability, dynamism, motivation and flexibility
Thorough knowledge of MS Office
Position based in Brussels.
Full time or Part time, Monday to Friday
Languages: English and French spoken and written fluently,
Dutch or Chinese is an asset.
Minimum of 2 months internship
Opportunity of hiring after internship
