Your project:
You will work with a team to support preparation and production of the annual sustainability report. The report is made up of three major parts: 1. Environmental - 2. Social – 3. Economic. The report is compiled using the GRI framework and guidelines for sustainability reporting in the automotive sector.
Team members are Toyota Motor Europe (TME) management, cross divisional stakeholders, external agencies & advisors. You will support the report creation process, contributing to the content of the environmental section of the report, as well as liaising with other divisions in meeting the reporting requirements covering TME’s social and economic activities and responsibilities.
More specifically, your tasks will include to
Duration: 12 months – Full time.

- seek and obtain data from various stakeholders within TME
- check data for accuracy and verify with stakeholders its origin, reliability and accuracy
- submit data and text in agreed format and liaise with editor closely
- obtain feedback from stakeholders after editing & resubmit
- support layout and revisions with agency for printed and online outputs
- support report distribution to stakeholders & launch communication
- maintain a timeline of the project and ensure milestones are on track
- Student in last year of master study, in social sciences, communication, environmental, international business, applied sciences, statistics, etc., ideally having some experience in project management.
- Ideally, an undergraduate degree, taken in English, where English skills were extensively trained (e.g. Law, History, Politics, Geography, Classics, English). Excellent English communication skills are vital.
- A deep understanding of sustainability issues, preferably combined with business experience.
- Web design knowledge and graphical aptitude
- Proactive and assertive
- Critical eye for detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage data and meet deadlines
- Ability to work in a team and interact with diverse stakeholders to obtain & information.
