2017 Fully-Funded Scholarships in IP Management and Valuation at LUISS Business School, Italy

LUISS Business School jointly with the Italian Patent and Trademark Office and the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO, through the WIPO Academy) is offering the ten-week specialized program in IP Management And Valuation. Scholarships are open for undergraduates/graduates from Algeria, Argentina, Brazil, China, Egypt, India, Indonesia, Iran, Mexico, Morocco, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, Thailand and Tunisia.
The programme aims at addressing new global challenges and reaching out to candidates who would like to acquire the skills needed to deal with issues related to the protection, enhancement and evaluation of Intellectual Property from different perspectives.
LUISS Business School is the School of Business and Management at the University LUISS Guido Carli University that guides the personal and professional development of students, faculty, researchers and professionals at different levels of their careers through a wide range of degree programs and not; by undergraduate and postgraduate courses up to PhD Programs as well as executive education, the customized programs, academic conferences and international trade.
Course Level: Scholarships are available for pursuing the ten-week specialized program.
Study Subject: Scholarships are awarded in IP management and valuation covering courses on Industrial and IP Law, International IP Granting Procedure, Innovation Management, IP at University, IP-enabled Business Models, IP Data Analysis, Emergent Issues in IP and Business and IP Valuation.
Scholarship Award: Scholarship covers course fees, travel expenses for their round trip journey, accommodation costs and meal vouchers.
Number of Scholarships: Scholarships are offered to 15 participants by the Italian Patent and Trademark Office.
Scholarship can be taken in Italy
Eligibility: The scholarships are addressed to recently undergraduates/graduates from Algeria, Argentina, Brazil, China, Egypt, India, Indonesia, Iran, Mexico, Morocco, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, Thailand, Tunisia who achieved (or will achieve by May 2, 2017 ) an academic title equivalent to the Italian Bachelor degree in economics, law, engineering or other scientific subjects.
Nationality: Students from Algeria, Argentina, Brazil, China, Egypt, India, Indonesia, Iran, Mexico, Morocco, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, Thailand and Tunisia are eligible to apply.
College Admission Requirement
Entrance Requirement: Academic title equivalent to the Italian Bachelor degree in economics, law, engineering or other related subjects, achieved prior to the commencement of the course (the 2nd of May 2017).
Test Requirement: Candidates must take and pass the admission test
English Language Requirement: Fluency in English and high motivation
How to Apply: To start the application process, eligible candidates must submit by March 17, 2017, the following documents in order to take the admission test:
Fully completed application form
Copy of degree certificate or a self-declaration for undergraduate students
Self-declaration for enrolled students that will achieve the Academic Title prior to the commencement of the course
Digital ID photo
Copy of valid passport with maturity exceeding 08/2017
Curriculum vitae
IELTS/TOEFL certificate (optional)
GMAT/GRE certificate (optional)
Skype ID (optional)
