About Scholarship: Hong Kong Association of Northern California Scholarship award $2,500 per academic year ($1,250 in each of fall and spring semesters) to bilingual (Chinese/English) graduate or undergraduate SFSU College of Business or Economics students who demonstrate academic excellence and have financial need.

2) Minimum GPA of 3.5 for both undergraduate and graduate students.
3) U.S. citizenship not required.
