About Scholarship: Blair Milan was a truly unique individual, full of enthusiasm and energy. His passion for performing and sharing his gift with others was infectious and Australian Institute for Performing Arts (AIPA) is proud to announce a scholarship in his memory. The Blair Milan Memorial Scholarship was founded to financially assist actors and performers to explore their craft and train in the US through the Australian Institute for Performing Arts Talent Development Program.
