Brunel University London Scholarships for International Students in UK, 2017

Brunel University London is offering a number of scholarships for international students. Brunel University London Scholarships are available for pursuing undergraduate, postgraduate and research programme in 2017.
University’s goal is to provide over £110,000 of financial support to exceptional students. Scholarship holders will go on to represent Brunel as ambassadors throughout their time at the University.
Brunel University London is a public research university located in Uxbridge, London, United Kingdom. Founded in 1966, it was named after the Victorian engineer Isambard Kingdom Brunel. Brunel’s campus is located on the outskirts of Uxbridge.
Course Level: Scholarships are available for pursuing undergraduate, postgraduate and research programme.
Study Subject: Scholarships are awarded to study the subjects offered by the university.
Scholarship Award:
PGCE Access Scholarship: £2,500
MSc Structural Integrity Scholarship: £12,500 fee waiver
MSc Oil & Gas Engineering Scholarship: 50% tuition fee waiver, £4,250 for UK/EU applicants and £8,750 for international applicants.
International Academic Excellence Scholarship: £3000 tuition fee waiver for year 1.
Country specific Scholarships: £5,000 or £7,500 depending on the country.
Santander International Scholarship: £5000 tuition fee waiver for year 1.

PGCE Access Scholarship: 20
MSc Structural Integrity Scholarship: 16
MSc Oil & Gas Engineering Scholarship: Awarded to all those that meet the eligibility criteria until all available funds have been allocated.
International Academic Excellence Scholarship: 50
Country specific Scholarships: 20 in total for 10 selected countries: Colombia, Egypt, India, Indonesia, Kenya, Mexico, Nigeria, Pakistan, Turkey, Vietnam.
Santander International Scholarship: 5
Scholarship can be taken in the UK
Eligibility:
PGCE Access Scholarship: Up to 20 scholarships will be allocated in mid-August to those who meet the following eligibility criteria:
Must have firmly accepted an unconditional offer on a full-time PGCE in Education course.
Must meet at least one of the following underrepresented criteria: from a low participation neighbourhood:
Aged 25 or over
Disability (including dyslexia)
Must be ordinarily resident in England (i.e. excludes those living in Wales, Northern Ireland, Scotland or EU, Overseas Territories, Gibraltar etc)
MSc Structural Integrity Scholarship: To be considered for MSc Structural Integrity Scholarship a student:
Must normally have a minimum of a UK 2.1 honours degree or international equivalent
Must have an unconditional offer of a place on the MSc Structural Integrity programme
MSc Oil & Gas Engineering Scholarship: To be considered for an MSc Oil and Gas Engineering Scholarship a student:
Must normally have a minimum of a UK 2.1 honours degree or international equivalent.
Must have an unconditional offer of a place on the Full Time MSc Oil and Gas Engineering programme.
International Academic Excellence Scholarship: To be considered for the International scholarship an applicant must:
Have been assessed by Brunel University London as an international student for fees purposes.
Have an offer to study full-time on an undergraduate, postgraduate taught or a postgraduate research programme of study starting in September 2017 or January 2018.
Country specific Scholarships: To be considered for the Country Specific Scholarships an applicant must:
Have been assessed by Brunel University London as an international student for fees purposes.
Have an offer to study full-time on an undergraduate, postgraduate taught or a postgraduate research programme of study starting in September 2017 only.
Must currently reside or have permanent residence in the country/region they are being considered for or be a national of the country/region they are being considered for.
Satisfy the entry criteria for admission to their chosen programme of study.
This scholarship programme is not available to current registered Brunel students on a full time or part time ndergraduate or postgraduate programme. Students on the LBIC programmes and distance learning versions of courses, or the English@Brunel, Pre-sessional English and Intensive Foundation or Premasters courses through the IPLC (International Pathways and Language Centre).
Santander International Scholarship: To be considered for one of the Santander scholarships applicants must
Be in receipt of an offer to study on a full-time postgraduate taught or full-time postgraduate research programme of study starting in September 2017.
Be a national from, and be residing in, one of the following Santander Universities network countries at the time of application: Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, Peru, Puerto Rico, Uruguay, USA, Venezuela.
Normally have achieved the international equivalent of a UK upper second class honours dehrtee (2:1) or higher.
Must not have previously received a Brunel International Scholarship either as part of current or earlier studies.
Nationality: International students can apply for these scholarships.
College Admission Requirement
English Language Requirement: In general, courses ask for an English level of between IELTS 6.0 and 7.0 or equivalent. Some courses will have higher requirements (and will require you to also reach minimum sub-scores), so please check the course page for the exact level.
