Contact Centre Apprentice
As a Telesales Apprentice you will handle enquiries by telephone, e-mail, online and via other digital sources.

The apprentice’s duties and responsibilities will include:
- Using computerised systems to access customer information and update account details
- Carry out incoming and outbound calls
- - Excellent communication skills and telephone manner

Working hours
8.30 – 5 Monday – Thursday
8.30 – 4.30 - Friday

Prospects - After successful completion of the Contact Centre Intermediate Apprenticeship you will be given the opportunity to progress immediately to achieve an Advanced Apprenticeship in Contact Centre Operations

The apprentice will be given in-house training by the employer, covering areas such as telephone skills, data entry procedures and product knowledge.
