Intern Pomorskie Regional EU Office

The Pomorskie Regional EU Office represents interests of the regional and local authorities, Pomorskie Development Agency, regional universities, and chambers of commerce to the institutions of the European Union, the representatives of European regions and Member States. We spare no effort to help regional organisations to support successful European relationships, providing guidance on European policies and funding.

We are looking for an intern to support out team in Brussels Office.

Main responsibilities:

Taking part in conferences, seminars and briefings, networking and preparing informative materials after the event;

Writing articles, short notes, press notes

Supporting substantively members in preparation of presentations and seminars

Helping with organizing conferences, seminars, study visits hosted by Office

Following the latest publications of EU legislations and collecting informations about application for european projects

Required qualifications:

University degree is required or post graduate studies title

Good communication skills, both written and oral in English and Polish languages

Knowledge of the EU policies

Demonstrate initiative, creativity, flexibility and capacity for acquiring extensive knowledge

Specification:

Start of traineeship: October 2015

Duration: to be defined, min. 2 months

Our traineeships are unpaid
