McKinsey & Company invites female students and early professionals from across Europe to be inspired and to make a difference!

McKinsey passionately believes in developing outstanding female leaders. We do so every day, internally and with our clients. We have also published numerous acclaimed pieces that demonstrate the importance of women in leadership, including Women Matter and the Centered Leadership project. Now we'd like to invite you to take the next step of your leadership journey with us.
In an exclusive three-day workshop in Paris from March 22-24, 2012, McKinsey offers you - talented women across Europe - the unrivaled opportunity to explore the importance of women in leadership and the impact women leaders are having on the economy, and to shape your own leadership styles by playing to your strengths. You will also have a chance to meet our consultants and participate in plenary sessions, workshops, and dialogues.

Your application

Who - You are welcome to apply if you are a female student or experienced early professional across Europe with less than three years of work experience.
How  - Please submit your CV and an essay describing something you would like to achieve as an inspirational leader and what it would require (using your experience and that of your role models). Essays should be no more than 300 words. »  Please apply online
